Acknowledging their potential to recommend candidates ideally suited for our company, we aim to express our gratitude by offering incentives for their valuable referral efforts.

Positions
We encourage people to refer candidate annotators for any available projects posted on our job notice board. Additionally, we welcome referrals for exceptionally skilled individuals, even if their expertise doesn't precisely align with current job postings.

Reward
To reward employees who participate in this program, we provide an incentive, which is stackable:

$17 for any referral submitted who is hired by the Company and remains in their position for a minimum of 90 days.
